1. General
Services are provided by the administration of fast2.net (“FAST2”). Project-specific terms are set out in an agreement or order agreed with the customer. Visiting the website alone does not create an order for paid services.
2. Services we provide
FAST2 configures server and network infrastructure, Linux, Windows and macOS (Mac OS) systems, and network devices from MikroTik, Cisco, Zyxel, Keenetic and other manufacturers as agreed.
Work may include corporate VPN configuration, secure remote access and connectivity between company devices. Supported models, software versions, work scope and support are defined individually for each project.
3. Business use
The service is intended for organizations and their authorized staff, units and contractors carrying out lawful business activity.
4. Onboarding
There is no public self-service registration. Engagement begins with a request, requirements review, proposal and agreed deployment.
5. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, appoint authorized contacts and confirm their authority to administer the systems involved. Access must be limited to what the agreed work requires. Customers must protect configurations and promptly report relevant changes or incidents.
6. Lawful services
FAST2 does not provide services that violate the laws of the Russian Federation and does not accept orders intended to violate those laws. Infrastructure is configured only for lawful business purposes.
Customers must use the configured systems in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, other applicable laws and third-party rights. FAST2 services do not exempt customers from these obligations.
7. Prohibited use
Spam, malware, fraud, credential theft, attacks, abuse, illegal content and unauthorized access to systems or data are prohibited.
8. Fees
Pricing and payment are defined in the proposal and agreement. This website does not establish a universal public plan.
9. Availability
Availability and support commitments apply only when expressly documented in an agreement or specification. The website does not create an independent SLA.
10. Confidentiality
FAST2 undertakes to keep customer information confidential, including access credentials, configurations and details of servers and networks. FAST2 does not sell this information or disclose it to third parties without the customer's consent, except where expressly required by applicable law.
Sharing the minimum necessary data with technical providers, including hosting and email services, is permitted only for agreed purposes, with the customer's consent and subject to data protection and confidentiality requirements. Personal data also requires an appropriate legal basis; customer consent does not replace the data subject's consent where required. Sharing for advertising or other unapproved purposes is prohibited.
11. Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law and the agreement. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Termination
Suspension and termination grounds are defined in the agreement, including security, payment and acceptable-use considerations.
13. Changes
Terms may be updated. Material changes are communicated as required by applicable law or the agreement.
14. Governing law
Governing law and dispute resolution are defined in the agreement, subject to mandatory legal rules. These terms do not override requirements that the parties cannot vary by agreement.
15. Intellectual property
Rights in FAST2 branding, website content and components belong to their lawful owners. Third-party software and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Mentioning a manufacturer does not imply official partnership or FAST2 certification.
